Founded in 1973 by Dave and Gail Liniger, RE/MAX is the number one real estate organization in Canada, selling one out of every three real estate transactions.

The word "RE/MAX" stands for "Real Estate Maximums." In exchange for paying shared office expenses and management fees, RE/MAX sales associates retain maximum sales commissions and receive the benefits of an international company image, institutional advertising, an international referral network, corporate relocation services, company publications, coventions and other services.
